PM Kisan Yojana 18th Installment: Before the festival, there’s great news for all farmers in the country. Recently, farmers in West Bengal and various states have faced flooding, and in light of this situation, the central government has made a significant announcement regarding the 18th installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM Kisan) scheme. In this report, I will inform our farmer friends about when the 18th installment will be disbursed and what they need to do to receive the funds.
PM Kisan Yojana 18th Installment
Keeping the needs of the country’s poor farmers in mind, the central government launched the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme in 2019. Under this scheme, farmers receive ₹6,000 every year in three installments, meaning ₹2,000 for each installment. The payment for the 17th installment has already been credited to farmers’ accounts, and the process for the 18th installment will begin very soon.

Before the festival, ₹2,000 from the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme will be directly transferred to the bank accounts of farmers.

PM Kisan Yojana 18th Installment Payment Date
The last installment, the 17th, was credited to farmers’ accounts in July. This time, ₹2,000 from the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi will be deposited into the accounts of 90 million farmers on October 5th. To receive the 18th installment, it is mandatory for farmers to complete their e-KYC.
PM Kisan E-KYC
Farmers must complete their e-KYC to receive the PM Kisan funds. Beneficiary farmers can complete their e-KYC through two methods: first, via the official PM Kisan website or the mobile application using an OTP, and second, by visiting the nearest CSC center for biometric e-KYC.
